When am I supposed to book my little ladies injections?

Post injections, when will I be able to take her swimming? I've read alot about how taking her in a swimming pool can help her movement etc. I also enjoy swimming so having her join me on something like this could be great bonding for us. I'd rather not do the mommy and me pool sessions. I used to teach them and personally... I dont believe they're worth it when I can introduce her to it myself. I own a dance school too so it's not like she'll lose out from social interaction when she'll spend her life surrounded by wonderful parents and children.
