will i slow down/ruin my milk supply by returning to a regular work schedule ?

My first baby is due in november 2018 and i plan to breastfeed for about 18 months to 2 years. but i have to go back to my retail job after 12 weeks maternity leave. if i can’t pump let’s say for most of the day for 3-4 days a week, is my supply going to run out??

Yes. You have to pump to keep up your supply. Your work should make accommodations in most cases.

Your baby will be eating every 2-3 hours or 8-12 feedings a day (once you're past the cluster feeding..which will come back around 1 month and then at 4 if I remember correct) you will either need to nurse or pump everytime baby eats. Your milk supply is a supply and demand routine so if you skip a pump or two (especially in the beginning)you're telling your body you dont need as much

yes it will.... when i had my first born i was pumping every 2-3hours that was also her feeding time but i went back to school at 6weeks pp and i wasn't able to pump every 2-3hours anymore i was allowed to get out from my 3rd period class 7period class total. and i was given 15min only and my milk supply went down from 8oz each breast to 3oz each by the end of the month i had no more milk so if you can try keeping up a pumping schedule that way it won't go down and dry up

I’ve read you will need to continue to pump at the schedule the baby feeds. Otherwise your milk will start to go down. 
I’m nervous about work and breastfeeding as well.
