Gender reveal question...

Needing some advice... I’m due in January with our rainbow baby! 🌈 We decided to do the sneak peak blood test to find out what we are having and we should know before this weekend. My daughter’s second birthday party is this weekend and we think it would fun to do a surprise gender reveal while all the family and good friends are here. Here’s my question though... My best friend thinks it’s wrong to do it at her birthday party and that it would be taking away from her, what do you guys think? I personally feel she is two so it’s not like she will remember plus the way we want to announce involves her... Thoughts??
