So recently one of my best friends has just started to cut herself, she’s been having lots of guy trouble and I’m assuming she’s cutting herself because of depression and anxiety. I went over to her house the other day and hugged her and told her I loved her multiple times. I still feel like she’s not doing well and I’m scared. The other night I cried for an hour. What do I do? I really care about her and I really want her to stop cutting herself.
