Weight
Ok I am going to be a junior in high school, I started sophomore year at 155 pounds and 5’6 I then played lacrosse and dieted and lost 20 pounds but gained some back in muscle. Now I am living in Spain as a nanny and the family does not eat healthy and I can’t work out in the house and there is no gym. I do run though. Anyway I have been here for two weeks and gained about 7 pounds I feel awful about myself and I don’t know what to do. Please help and recommend diets or programs for the minute I come back!
