Situationship....

So I started seeing this guy three weeks ago, and we get along fine. We’ve been doing everything that a couple does, he even met my parents. So long story short I go on his insta story and I see him with another female, and they were pretty cozy in bed and I confronted him about it and he tells me that he’s single and doing his thing because he trusts no one And me on the other end I thought we were a couple. So now I feel foolish for ever confronting him about it cause I’m not his girlfriend and he’s still posting the girl that I mentioned earlier. And check this out he texts me asking me if he can come and pick me up and it’s so hard to refuse his offer because I like him so much, the feelings are still there. But at the same time I’m so upset with him for crushing me like that and I just had to act like it was okay. Should I confront him and tell him that I don’t wanna keep seeing him when he’s out doing his thing? Or should I just go along with the flow and not make myself look foolish because I’m not his girlfriend.
