To trigger or not to trigger

I have a lot of follicles this cycle for some reason and am trying to decide if we should proceed with the trigger shot today. My right ovary has a 20mm and 19mm. Left side is a 18mm, two 16mm, and one 15mm. So if we trigger today, ovulate within 36 hours with a growth rate of 2mm (assuming the worst) we would have 5, maybe 6 if the 15mm puts in some effort. I understand the risk of multiples, high risk pregnancy for both Mom and babies, bedrest, all that. I just want opinions, what would YOU do. I know it’s ultimately up to us but I’d appreciate hearing all sides.
