Anxiety
Hello everyone so I’ve been struggling with anxiety on and off for 2 years. I don’t have anyone to talk to about this because nobody understands me. Recently it has been getting worse to the point where I can only eat towards the evening because eating in the morning or before means I either throw it all up or have diarrhea. Worrying about the smallest things suck and I just feel like crying. I hate being so negative but it’s something that’s hard for me to control. Anyone else feel the same way?
