Nervous! Placement of baby....cramps?

So went in for my 12 weeks appointment, doctor was looking for baby. She spent probably 10 minutes looks and found him below near my pelvis. I thought baby was supposed to be higher by now?

Also, I ate alot of junk food and started having alot of pressure and sharp cramps. Even while laying down. it passed in maybe 3 minutes. But I'm freaking out that maybe to much sugar caused the baby harm. 😢
