Constipation
I had an appointment this past Friday in which I was told to take magnesium citrate to try an clean me out because I was so backed up. I drank the whole bottle today and nothing! My stomach is cramping so bad and my back is killing me but nothing has happened. Has anyone else had magnesium citrate not work for them?
