HELP sudden breakout on butt ? Scared !?

Sorry for the tmi picture. I have developed this over the last few days. It was quite sudden. Can anybody tell me what this could be !? I’m very scared especially since I’ve never had it before. I don’t have any stds that I know of. However I’m quite concerned that it could be one 
Any reassurance / advice would be appreciated thanks

It looks like butt acne to me / Folliculitis
Do you sweat in your pants? 
It’s most like clogged pores. Try to wash after sweating wear breathable undies and do some warm water to help open the pores. 
I doubt it’s a std.

It think its just acne. Im having the same issue right now too and its probably because I work a very physical job and sweat a TON, especially now that its summer.

So you sleep naked? Wash your sheets. They almost look like spider bites. Are they itchy?

Girl it looks like something is bitin ya ass. Put some neosporen on that to see if it clears it up if not go to the doctors.
