How to get rid of Milia?

Does anyone know how to get rid of milia, or how to prevent it from reoccurring? 
Since my mid-twenties I've been getting Milia all over my cheeks like freckles, and now on the corner of my eye.  
I tried exfoliating, but they always come back and worse.

hot compresses, sometimes scoring the surface of the skin and getting it out. I work for eye docs and its pretty common. I have some. you can also see an aesthitician and see if they can remove them.

maybe try steaming your face you can do it at home with just a big pot of steaming water and a towel to cover just don't put your face to close to the water so you don't get any broken capillaries
