opinions?!

I can clearly see a line in person it's a little bit more faint in the picture. But there is definitely a line there. my question is, I took a second pregnancy test and it came up negative. I took it in the afternoon and I know that I was overly hydrated because my urine was completely clear. I'm supposed to start my period in 5 days but I'm having pregnancy symptoms can someone give me some insight on this if they've experienced anything similar?
