Bad Fall

Okay everyone help me figure this out. So I was at a gaming show yesterday, barrels, pole bending, Idaho Figure 8, the works. Well my horse on our first run decided to buck and I flew toward and hit my female parts on my saddle horn. My period has now started which I don't get anymore because I have an implant. But is it even possible for that to happen or could there be an underlying problem? Update: So it's not my period that started. I know the difference between period blood and regular blood and this isn't period blood. I'll wait a few days to see if it stops before going to a doctor.
