Yes for me they randomly come up but mainly at night or extremely early in the morning.

Yes I had the fan on last night but I couldn’t take the blanket being on me

I am getting hot flashes so randomly! It lasted like two hours last night & then I got one this morning in the middle of a meeting that was so intense that I was almost sick. 😩
