Tingling down there

Lately when I'm around this girl, I've been getting like this weird tingling feeling down there. I haven't gotten this before and I was wondering what it meant. I know this is probably just a dumb question and y'all gonna shout "ur just hella gay" which I agree but I had a crappy sex education and we literally never went over this. So i just need to know am I dying? Or is it just cuz she's hella cute ?
