Husband kinda made me sad

So we were driving home after dinner and I let him know a couple we know is sadly splitting. He then tells me if he lets his girl go he's stupid because she's a catch. I was like define catch? Because she's a nice girl but what does she really have going for her? He got upset I said that. Moving on, he told me if we have a boy I should leave it up to him to name and if we have a girl I could name. I jokingly told him you're not giving birth you don't have a say!! And he told me he's going to be supporting the kid and that I'm disgusting. So I told him (laughing) that I was kidding. Mind you I work. And that hurt my feelings. I know I'm not being a sensitive Sally but that was kind of rude. Especially because I was kidding. 😔
