Pregnant sexxx.

I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and I am always nauseous. Flash back to before I got Pregnant me and my boyfriend of 1 year always had amazing foreplay and sex. I always make sure I go above and beyond to satisfy him as he does the same. Now, that I'm always sick I feel bad. I want to satisfy him as much as I can. I cant give Oral because I'm always sick and we have sex about once every 5 days or so and I cant have too much movement. How can I spice things up during this time?
