Positioning Explanation?

This is not my ultrasound, first of all. I did not get a print out from this visit. But this is basically the position both of my babies are in. Doc said they are both breech, and he did say he was going to flip the image so it was easier for us to see what’s what. Ultrasound was abdominally.

That being said, how are they positioned? Like, is the top of the image closest to my belly? Are their heads towards my left or right side? Which direction are their faces? Can you even tell? I’m absolutely clueless when it comes to their positions relative to my body, lol, so any help is much appreciated!
