I’m officially 24 weeks and 3 days today, so I decided to go in and get the glucose test done. The drink was orange and tasted like flat orange soda- like what they use to have at McDonald’s back in the day but got rid of- just contained in a smaller bottle. It was cold so it was easy to down - the only thing I dread is getting my blood taking as I have a fear of needles but other than that it’s been a piece of cake! They gave me 5 mins to down the drink, which was plenty of time. Hope this helps anyone who’s afraid to go in and get theirs done, you’ve got this !
