So I’m gunna ask a question that I feel like doesn’t get talked a lot (or maybe I just never see them being talked about). At what point do y’all start buying maternity clothes? I’m 11.3 weeks and I feel like I’m not big enough to buy maternity clothes

I bought some around the 8 week mark with my first just because they were on sale and I was too bloated for my jeans to fit anymore. However, I never stopped wearing them. Maternity leggings are the comfiest. I’ve worn them religiously since day 1 lol

I started buyers by bigger sizes first. Maybe around week 15. I’m now 24 weeks and I just ordered some maternity clothes. I got a bunch of maxi dresses because I just want to be comfortable and I get a breeze with the dresses. Haha!

Buy them when you need them - whenever that is. It’s really up to you. I think I started around 8-10 weeks with my first. Best choice.

I have a sensitive bladder so I’ve always hated anything that would constrict and put pressure on my bladder. Makes me pee more so that I normally would. I started getting bigger around 11 weeks as well and had to already look for loose pants or maternity pants. I had zero issues with shirts. If you’re not comfortable then wear what will make you comfortable. Dresses are awesome :) and shorts. I feel like it’s too hot nowadays for me to wear maternity pants. Maybe start looking for loose fitting shorts.

There are no rules, buy what is comfortable. I started wearing maternity pants when I hit 13 weeks, and I can still wear most of my regular tops/dresses.

I was so bloated and had HG throughout my pregnancy, I bought maternity leggings around 18 weeks and once I put them on I wish I bought them sooner. 
I was struggling to fit into my normal clothes with the bloat, and where my jeans hit me I was getting even more nauseous. 
Buy them sooner rather than later! Or at least a pair of leggings, you won’t regret it.
