Sunscreen on 14 month old

So some mornings we take our baby for a walk in her little push car thing just for about 5-10mins. Should I put sunscreen on her or is it ok to have that little sun exposure without doing any damage to her skin? I live in Florida not sure if that’d have any relevance, but I have still yet to find a sunscreen that doesn’t irritate her skin (she has eczema) so I would hate to irritate her skin even further when she doesn’t really need it for such a little amount of time in the sun
