Blood after masturbating. Help me! Worried!

Ever since my period ended 15 days ago, I’ve had small period-like cramps every single day. My period isn’t due for another 9 days. Only 4dpo or so..

I just did something I don’t normally do. I took a BANANA 🍌 (with the peel on it still of course) and put a lubricated condom around it to make it go more smoothly obviously and I masturbated with it 🤷🏼‍♀️

So I go in and out a few times and I take it out and notice there is period colored blood on the very tip of the condom? There was blood on it. Not a lot but just a small thumb size amount. I go to the bathroom to wipe and there is more beginning-of-period-like blood. Not too bright red yet, still a little dull, you know?

What could this be??
