Did I Sabotage Pregnant?

Found out to be pregnant just today. Yesterday I took lots of liquid DayQuil severe for very bad cold sinus congestion and cough. Can take it every 4 hours, and I probably took it four or five times that yesterday, but then woke up and took a capsules before using the bathroom. Decided to take test because noticed I was two days late, don’t track period well but had old test laying around. Test was very positive I would be about 4-5 weeks. Is me taking the medicine yesterday and to morning going to kill my pregnancy or hurt baby development?

both pregnancies I've drank heavily (bachelortte party and birthday) and then found out the next day I was pregnant. so worried but my Dr told me everything would be fine. it's so early, it's very unlikely anything bad will happen because of it.

I didn’t know I was pregnant but for a week i took DayQuil/nightquil. After about a week i tested and i was 5 weeks. You should be good my doctor said it shouldn’t harm the baby

You're really early. A lot of women don't know they are pregnant around that time and drink alcohol and take different drugs. The baby is very protected at that stage but now that you know you should definitely be cautious of what you take and set up your dr appointments
