Please note I am currently awaiting a phone call back from my doctor’s nurse, but I am just wanting some opinions while I wait.

I usually have a 28-29 day cycle that has been very regular for over the past year (I’m currently on my 3rd year off of depo) This cycle I was over a week late. I took a PT exactly a week after I was supposed to have my period and it was negative. I was going to continue to wait another week and then test again. However I started spotting a few nights later then the next day I was bleeding as normal so I assumed it was my period and I was just late for some reason. Today is day 3. First day was normal flow, second day was a light flow and then today was different. This morning I started getting a very different pain in my stomach and so I went to the bathroom since I was at work. I began to get very intense cramping to the point where I was hunched over just holding my abdomen and shaking. This went on for a good 10-15 min. Finally I felt something passing and I looked down and had a bunch of blood and tissue for lack of better words “dangling” I grabbed some toilet paper and pulled the rest out. I then had what you see in the picture. The bulbous part on the bottom was very very squishy in texture like a balloon filled with liquid, the part directly above that was the consistency of tissue and then of course the blood and clots. About a minute after passing this, my cramps completely stopped. My question is, what do y’all think this could be? Thanks in advance!
