How many times

You know when you’re asked how many times a week you have sex, do you say how many days you have sex or literally how many individual times you have sex?

Bc I see my boyfriend maybe twice a week (so I would usually say I have sex twice a week) but during those two days we have sex multiple times, maybe around 10 times in total. So would I say I have sex twice a week or 10 times a week? haha
