Severe hip/lower back pain
Has any other momma's woke up at random with sharp severe pain shooting through lower back and one hip in particular? I've done this twice now. Once at 16 weeks and again yesterday morning. I could barely move and it made me so nauseous from the pain. Just curious as to if anyone else dealt with the same sharp pain?
