Anyone use essential oils during their pregnancy? Safe recommendations pls!

What are some favorite eo’s? For first trimester use 
Wanting a calming/anxiety relieving combo!

I still use everything except Lavender (mixed information on it's safety). You may also want to avoid anything with Clary Sage and chamomile, but it's a personal choice. I use peppermint for headaches (roll on), and a drop of lemon and grapefruit in my lotion for mild swelling.

My ob said anything, but Clary sage. She also said peppermint is safe to use until the third trimester. I like lavender and orange
