Struggling to get successful pregnancy

Has anyone had any successful stories on after multiple ectopic pregnancies? I had 3 ectopic pregnancies and my dr said I should go for ivf. I had one successful preg before all 3 ectopics. It is hard breaking to go thru this. :( it’s been 5 years of trying to get successful pregnancy.
