Hot baths?

I remember hearing with my first warnings to not take hot baths while pregnant but I haven’t heard anyone mention this in recent years. Is it still something that should be followed or is there new research that it doesn’t affect anything?

warm baths are ok hot are not. Google it I think they even have specific temperatures.

My doctor said to avoid them until after the first 10 weeks. Though she did say as long as you're not raising your body temp. it's fine.

I took one everyday ! You just can’t let yourself over heat because it causes your heart to beat faster and slows down oxygen going to the baby.

I got told as long as it’s not too hot. So your body temp doesn’t go over 100 degrees.

As long as you aren't turning red or sweating you should be good. Just use common sense and don't boil yourself lol

I took a hot bath every day!
It's when you are in a hot tub or sauna that's bad, you don't want your internal temp super high. 
I'm sure someone will argue it's not ok but it is. I took a hot bath and used a heating pad my whole pregnancy.
