Unsure what this could mean...

Suppose to start cycle yesterday or today. So far just having brown gross discharge once yesterday when wiping and twice today when wiping. Took a FRER today and thought I got a SUPER light positive but then again it may be my crazy eyes so I was gonna retest in 2 days if no period. For the last hour I’ve had a punching/stabbing sensation in the right ovary area. I ovulate later in my cycle than normal - So today should be 12DPO.

Could this be implantation?? Or just the start of a period?? I typically spot pink when period comes- I get a few hours warning and then the flood gates open. But I’ve only had spotting when wiping for the last 2 days

??any advice??
