Cramping...not sure what to think
I am 5w6d and I have been having some pretty nasty cramping the last couple days. No sign of blood at all, and other than acne I don’t really have any other pregnancy symptoms. When I took my tests they turned positive quickly and the lines were strong.
Am I just worrying too much that this is a sign of a miscarriage? 😩
