Uuuugh, Doc couldn’t even get to my cervix.

Had my 38 week appointment, and was really hoping for the news that baby could be coming any time now, just to have my hopes and dreams dashed upon the rocks.

My cervix is still so high she couldn’t even check dilation, which means it’s HIGHER than it was at 36 weeks; she actually brought in the ultrasound for a scan to make sure baby’s still in position.

Basically, he’s comfy, and it’s going to be a while. The hubs and I were hoping he’d show up on the Fourth, as he’s English and I’m American so figured it’d be a kick. Maybe the next kid. 😉🇬🇧🇺🇸
