Non hormonal BC anyone?

Anyone use Saheli? Where can I purchase this in the US? I have complicated thyroid issues that don't allow me to use the typical bc pills big pharma peddles in the US. Many other countries are far more advanced in the medical field but the challenge we face is access to those options.
