His new thang

Before my son (4 mo 1wk) would nurse before and after his naps taking one breast at a time. But in the past week plus he has this new habit that i haaaaate.

He will wake up from a nap, not eat, be ok for ten mins and then start crying. Id try to feed him in different positions but no. Tummy time or reading books or sitting in his chair nothing is ok. I have to hold him and often he wont let me sit more than a few mins. I have to hold him and walk around. And he will just cry on and off for up to an hr until he semi passes out and then is willing to eat.

I dont think this is a growth spurt since its been over a week and hes never done this before? Anyone elses baby done this before or have an idea what's going on?
