Pink spotting? 15dpo.. help?

TTC for 6 months.. I’m currently 15dpo, period is 2 days late. Recently my periods have been clock work and I wake up and boom, my period has arrived. I haven’t felt to have had any cramping this time. I’m so upset seeing this, is it most likely AF? Isn’t 15dpo too late for implantation? I have the doctors in a couple hours...
