NIPPLE PIERCING INFECTED ?!?

Help!! I’ve had my nipples pierced since feb and recently noticed that one of them is starting to bleed and has a bump where the bar is and another bump coming out underneath. Is it infected?! (I would post a picture but Id rather not post something intimate on the internet 😂😅 )

also! i havent been using the h2o aftercare spray because i had bought a different spray and i by accidentally forgot to bring it with me on vacation so its been like 3 weeks of me only cleaning it with water? 😖 but i did buy the h2o spray today!
