Hi there. I am CD 12 today 4 Jul . had some noticible crampig on day 11 only for 10 to 20 min. I want to ask do you get cramping before during or after ovulation. I dont take BBT and my CM seems milkey and not clear. Glow sais i should ovulate 6 July....🤷♀️
