Hemorrhoids!

Omg you guys! TMI but I randomly felt intense pain in my butt after work and come to find out I got external hemorrhoids! I didn't do number 2 or anything that day they just appeared and hurt badly. I'm on my feet a lot at work I read that can happen this late in pregnancy. So I've busted into my unborn babies wipes to keep the area clean and purchased prep h cream. So the next day I notice I'm bleeding from them😩. Has anyone had this happen before, what did you do?! This is misery.
