It is not just about having sex to fall pregnant. (Gosh many of us women wish it was that easy) lol u have to be ovulating within the time frame to fall pregnant. An egg is only useable for twelve hours once it is released. If this is ur first time trying and ur cycle is out of whack I would take opk they will give u an idea of when u will ovulate. Usually 12-36 hours after a positive opk. Gl on your journey
