When did you period start back up?

I’m drying up my milk supply and I haven’t had a period since I delivered my twins back in January. I wanted to know When did you start your period after pumping/breast feeding? Also, was your first period different from what it use to be? I’ve been trying to look it up online but every website tells me something different. I also know everybody’s body is different.

I had my son in December 2017 and was wondering the same thing! I had to exclusively pump due to latching issues but just stopped breastfeeding about a month ago to try and get my period, we want to start trying for another baby! 
Pre-baby my periods were horrible. Terrible cramps, backache and heavy for like 5 or 6 days. I had some spotting after I first weaned then nothing. But yesterday I finally got my period again! And all the memories of past periods are flowing back!! (Pun intended)😂
Super crampy, backache, and I hurt Every where. But now we can try for baby #2!🙌🏻

I'm 4 months postpartum and still haven't had my period. My periods  were wacky before I got pregnant and I really didn't think I could have kids.  I'm serious.. this pregnancy came out of no where.. 😬

Mine started 2 months after I stopped nursing (15 months total) and it was pretty much like normal.

I got my first period at 5 weeks pp it was super light but lasted a while . I just got my second period three days ago and for now it’s super heavy 🙈 I haven’t had that of a heavy period in a really long time . I’m going through pads like crazy .

Everyone is different, for me with my older daughter I didn't have a period until December and I delivered in May. I thought it was weird but everything was normal when I went for my check ups after baby. We will see ehat happens this time.
