2 month fat loss challenge
So I did a thing this summer... ya girl lost 20 pounds of fat 👀 honestly though the eating is the most important part, and i’m scared i’m just going to gain it all back... I’m trying to set a new goal that’s health related not fat loss related bc I honestly am scared that I’m gonna become anorexic.
But I’ve come this far, I will not back down on making the right (healthy) choices and exercising daily 💪🏽
