Numb and Neglected

We’ve been together for two years. Had many, many ups and downs. He’s hard to read but there always seemed to be practical reasons to be together and I am very much in love with him and attracted to him. I’ve literally put my best foot forward in this relationship and tried my hardest to make it work but I’ve been having to ignore my instincts for a long time.

In the past year we haven’t been very sexually active (I’ve been upset about it and we’ve discussed it at length and in the past 2 months it seemed to be getting better and by better, I mean we’ve had sex twice a month both months). I never go through his phone but I did today and I found a bunch of messages between him and a woman and it seems like she has no idea about me and like they’re in a relationship. We hav separate houses but we basically live together and rarely spend the night apart. We raise our kids together. We’re highly involved and serious. We make future plans and shit. We’ve never put our relationship on Facebook but I never thought that mattered.

I’m numb right now and I don’t know what to do.
