Brand new to OPK
So I decided today to get ovulation tests because according to Glow & Flo I have passed my ovulation (for Glow today would be ovulation) however my cm hasn’t been EW so I feel like the apps have to be off. Is it wasteful to try and test today in case I’ve already ovulated? Would anything show if it’s passed or is today? I’m sorry I’m new to this.
