Pregnant???

Okay I don’t really know how to explain this but I thought I had my period but I’m beginning to think it’s implantation bleeding. Implantation bleeding can happen around the time your period is so I thought oh I started my period. I wiped down there and my blood was almost completely pink and it was spotting. So I went to take a pregnancy test. I got two pregnancy tests but only took one. It started off as negative but a couple hours later i see a clear pink second line. I looked it up and sometimes pregnancy tests do that. What do you all think? Opinions please!!!
