Question time!

Here’s a question for everyone. So there’s this guy that I’ve been best friends since I was a junior in high school, I’m 22 now and he’s always been there for through everything. He has been paralyzed since he was 17 years old😭 anyways so obviously we talk literally everyday. I was with a guy for 3 1/2 years and he freaked out every time I talked to him even though there was nothing ever going at all, but yet again my best friend was still there for me. So now I have different boyfriend and he’s totally fine with me talking to him. Well the kicker on the whole situation is that I’ve never actually meet him in person but we Snapchat text and FaceTime quite often. Would y’all think it would be okay to go meet him person just one time? Or am I in the wrong for doing it since I’m with someone even though there’s no intentions?
