What can I take for Postpartum Hair Loss?

I noticed my hair thinning out after my second child birth however now that I’m taking Prozac for PPD and anxiety I have noticed an increase in my hair loss. Has anyone experienced this or can recommend how to combat my hair loss? I miss how thick my hair used to be.

I think you have to just let it do it’s thing, unfortunately. I stopped losing my hair around 6 months pp, but it was awful during those first months. Shea Moisture shampoo/conditioner seemed to help the itchiness (I used the coconut oil kind) and continue taking your prenatals. It’s a hormonal thing, so it’s best to just let your hormones calm down naturally.

I think it’s normal. Your hair grows in cycles so it will grow back.
