Hemorrhoids because of sex? TMI

It’s super weird... but this is how my body acts: if I have sex I will be constipated for a day or maybe two, even though my stomach feels a little flat. I can try pooping but I just can’t, but, when I masturbate, I can run to the bathroom and poop so much even before touching myself, sometimes before and after... I’ve noticed this pattern for years and I try to have sex only during the weekend. Well, this past week me and R had lots of free time so we spent 4 nights together. Mind you that the first night I was already feeling constipated so I took a tea my sister recommended that made her poop in seconds... first night we spent together we were dog sitting one of his friends and mind you I woke up at 2 AM having the worst cramps of my life! I told him “hey, I’m having some very bad cramps”, he rubbed my belly and fell asleep but honestly I felt like maybe I was pregnant and didn’t know... so I rushed to the bathroom and tried to see if there was any blood and nothing. As I moved to the sides when I laid back down the cramps were intensifying; it was like everything in my stomach was moving that direction too. It was horrible, so I finally got it! It was possible the tea. It must have been a big laxative. I kept going to the bathroom every 10-20 min when I got the cramps, for hours without success and R was sleeping like a baby 🙄 at some point I ran to the bathroom again and I swear I felt like I was going to pass out. I was cramping, nauseous, dizzy, and losing my breath all at once. I grabbed myself from the walls and unlocked the door for if anything happened R could see me. I was quietly crying because I didn’t know what was going on! So I ran to the room because we had 2 fans there and got some air which helped. I then went from super hot to shivering instantly so I put his sweatshirt and my long PJs on. I felt way better and tried to sleep. I got more cramps so I said “this is probably the tea, I need to sit down until I poop” and so I did. It felt horrible but when I looked there was so much there. So after that I felt way better and I was good for the day. Then me and R spent 3 more nights together having sex which = more constipation. Couldn’t poop for a few days and I started noticing nausea so I was like “I’m constipated and have nausea... what if I’m pregnant?” I’m on the pill by the way. So I took pregnancy tests and they were negative. One day I was like... that’s it, I need to stick something there to break the poop or something. I was bleeding! Like period bleeding but from my anus. Then I saw some lining! I realized a hemorrhoid must have pop! I told my landlord and she told me to take some stool softeners she has and I started to eat tons of fiber and spend hours in the bathroom until I poop. I know there might be one more internal hemorrhoid there but I read they were common and most likely go away on their own. Yesterday I ate honestly a lot of stuff I shouldn’t have because of this situation and I woke up at 4 AM today with nausea and stomach ache. My body was trying to get all of this out but it can’t! 😩 so I took another test because I’m on CD 26 and you just never know and it was negative.

I tried pooping or vomiting but nothing. I did feel some relief though. I don’t know what to do. I hope it’ll pop or go away on its own but this is making me crazy because I don’t want to eat and I don’t want to take laxatives or stool softeners all the time or else I might be dependent on them.
