Need Advice

Well, about a month ago we had extremely high pollen and I ended up getting Sinusitis because of it. well the congestion and pain in my head went away after some meds and the congestion moved to my chest. I dont usually cough but this crap had me coughing up a storm.

Fast forward to my issue I need help with. I noticed that I would spot a little when I coughed really hard. Here I am a week and a half after the coughing started and last night I coughed so hard that I felt a sharp pain in my lower abdomen. Woke up this morning and there was bright red blood when I wiped, then lessened into light pink for subsequent cleaning.

My question is, has anyone else had a cough cause damage to their body enough to make them bleed?
