Teens/Preteens!

Hello, I’ve been scrolling through this section and am shocked at all the young girls that are so worried about their weight! I think it just concerns me because I have a daughter that is 12 1/2 and I would be so devastated if she thought she had to diet to be super thin.

Youngins out there:

Enjoy your young bodies and know that you are still growing! You don’t want to mess with your metabolism at such a young age... trust me, you will regret it later on in life.

Focus on being healthy and happy and loving yourself for being the one and only authentic you!
